Mr. N. Journeaux, geological and civil engineer, has been working in the field of geotechnical and rock mechanics for more than forty-five (45) years. He has gained a wide variety of experience in the areas of mine discharges, rip rap blasting, dams, bridges, seaports, excavations, groundwater, tunnels, underground transportation systems and railways and permafrost.

Mr. Rodger has extensive experience (21 years) in geotechnical and environmental studies, design, calculations, preparation of construction plans and specifications, and project planning. He has acquired vast experience in the fields of railways, industrial plants, and permafrost. As a laboratory manager, he has gained the necessary experience to perform and supervise laboratory analyses and testing on construction materials, such as concrete, ceramics, bricks, masonry, and refractory products.

Mr. Skiadas has been working in the field of engineering since 1979. During and after obtaining his Master's degree in Civil Engineering, he worked at McGill University — first as an assistant, then as a research associate — on the development of traction models for off-road vehicles operating on soft soil.
